About the event
Over the 6 weeks you will learn the polyvagal theory and you will have first person experience of what serenity feels like. Rewire your nervous system for long lasting peace. Ella is a trauma informed coherence coach with experience in supporting people with chronic health issues transform their life through self nurture, self compassion and self regulation. We use Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory and Doc Childres' Â Heart Coherence theory as a guide as we navigate our inner terrain to cteate the paths for deep seated wellbeing, and a sustainable sense of serenity. These classes offer so much wisdom and are a joy to experience. The learning is done through the body, so no need to 'remember' anything!
