About the event
When we have experienced chronic health issues, trauma or stress in our lives : we develop a ' holding pattern" that creates a response to our environment which isnt always conducive to a peaceful mind.
Indeed, the loop becomes - anxiety, stress, inflammation, pain, stress, anxiety, inflammation , pain etc.
We will spend 6 weeks exploring ways to interrupt this loop, and suport your body back to health. To experience peace and stillness, if only for the first time.
The previous participants have expereinced a reduction in chronic pain, anxiety, and so many personal breakthroughs !
