I hope you have had a good November. As we are heading into December, and towards the festive season - my mind is turning to ways we can support ourselves ( mentally, emotionally & energetically) throughout this period.
Typically it’s a time for excess, and many people find the holidays bring an added stress - difficult family dynamics, navigating new eating patterns/ dietary requirements at family gatherings are a couple of common stressors that I hear time and again.
